Important Information About Our Fuel Tanks

Handmade & Made to Order

All fuel tanks available on our website are handmade and manufactured only after an order is placed. These are aftermarket tanks and are not original/OEM Royal Enfield products.

Our Classic-style tanks are replicas inspired by the original design, but they are not genuine Royal Enfield tanks.

Manufacturing Time

• Raw/Unpainted Tank: Approximately 4–5 days

• Painted Tank: Approximately 8–9 days, including fabrication and painting

• Chrome Tank: Approximately 20 days

• Aluminium Tank with Chrome Finish (Rust-Resistant): Approximately 4–7 days

• Brass Tank: Approximately 10 days

Delivery Time

Once the tank is ready, delivery generally takes an additional 4–10 days, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that manufacturing and delivery times are separate.

Custom Fabrication & Customization

We also offer custom fabrication and customization services. If you have a particular design in mind or would like us to develop a new tank design, please contact us and share your requirements.

Anti-Rust Protection

Our handmade tanks are treated internally with a red-coloured anti-rust coating to help protect them against rust and corrosion.

Warranty & Replacement

Warranty or replacement support is available in the following cases:

• The product is received in damaged condition.

• There is a genuine product-related fitting issue.

• The product has a manufacturing-related fitting problem.

Warranty or replacement will not be applicable if:

• The wrong motorcycle model was provided while placing the order.

• The customer ordered the wrong product for their motorcycle.

• The product does not fit because incorrect or incomplete motorcycle details were provided.
