Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Royal Erado. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Fuel Tanks (Without Paint): Dispatched within 4–5 business days.

  • Painted Fuel Tanks: Dispatched within 7–9 business days.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–10 business days, depending on your state, city, and delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote-area connectivity, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

Available on prepaid (full payment) orders.

  • Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Important: Customers from village or remote areas are requested not to place COD orders, as many such locations are serviced through India Post, which generally does not support COD delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via Email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s official website, such as:

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners make delivery attempts according to their service policies.

COD Orders

Most courier companies make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel is not accepted within these attempts, it may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases, COD shipping and return charges are non-refundable.


Prepaid Orders

If you face any delivery-related issue with a prepaid order, our team will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier partner for successful delivery.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Royal Erado is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational issues

  • High order volume

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, contact us within

48 Hours

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing video of the sealed parcel (mandatory)

  • Photos of the package and products

  • Description of the issue


Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.


Undelivered / Returned Orders

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Customer refusal

  • Failure to respond to courier

may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


International Shipping

Currently, Royal Erado ships only within India.
