Alloy Wheel Warranty Policy
At Royal Erado, we are committed to providing high-quality alloy wheels. The warranty offered by us is in line with the standard warranty practices followed across most alloy wheel brands.

What is Covered Under the Warranty?

1.    Manufacturing Defect - If your alloy wheel has any manufacturing defect or factory-related issue, you will be provided with a replacement.
2.    Fitting Issues - If there is any manufacturing-related fitting problem that prevents proper installation, the wheel will be replaced after verification.
3.    Air Leakage - If the alloy wheel has a manufacturing defect that causes air leakage, you will receive a replacement.
4.    Transit Damage
 - If the product is received in a damaged condition, we will provide a replacement.                
 -There is no open box delivery available, so please don’t order if you expect that.

5.    Tyre Compatibility - All our alloy wheels are compatible with both tube-type and tubeless tyres (subject to the specifications of the motorcycle model).
What is Not Covered Under the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external impact, including but not limited to:
•    Riding at high speeds and hitting potholes.
•    Crossing speed breakers at excessive speed.
•    Damage caused due to accidents or collisions.
•    Improper installation, misuse, or modifications.
•    Normal wear and tear.

Bent Alloy Wheels
A bent alloy wheel resulting from road impact, potholes, accidents, or rider handling is not covered under warranty. This is a standard industry practice and applies irrespective of the brand of alloy wheel purchased.
